Originally hailing from Blackwater, he embarked on a journey from the building trade to the hair industry. Ryan had been working locally, before discovering Hugo Barbers. Guided by the seamless blend of tradition and contemporary techniques that define Hugo’s, Ryan has quickly found his rhythm in creating hairstyles that transcend the ordinary.

Ryan is a passionate sports enthusiast, with a particular love for both football and American football. When it comes to his craft, Ryan's favourite canvas is the classic Buzz cut, adorned with a precision skin fade and a sharp line-up.

Alternatively, he thrives on delivering the perfect textured crop, showcasing his versatility and skill in creating distinct looks for each client.

Originally from the charming county of Surrey, Seb has brought his passion for hairstyling to the vibrant city of Winchester. He is not just a barber; his journey began with a Level 2 hairdressing certification, a foundation that he has elevated through continuous education, including specialised barbering courses. Notably, Seb recently honed his skills with a course from American Crew, adding a contemporary edge to his already impressive repertoire.

Beyond the barber's chair, Seb is a man of diverse interests. He has a keen interest in Music and outside the studio, you might find him following rugby leagues or hitting the gym.

His favourite canvas is the Short to Mid-Length Scissor Cut, where he excels in blending traditional charm with a modern flair. His commitment to excellence extends beyond the art of hairstyling, aligning seamlessly with Hugo Barbers' vision of inclusivity and sustainability.

SENIOR STYLIST & COLOURIST

Hailing from Romsey, Jed embarked on his hairstyling journey here in Hampshire before making a mark in London, where he honed his skills at prestigious salons such as Not Another, Muku, and Loreal.

Jed brings a wealth of experience to Hugo Barbers, having worked not only as a stylist & colourist but also as an educator and personal stylist. His diverse background includes time spent behind the camera, capturing the essence of hairstyling in its many facets. Throughout his career, Jed has developed a keen eye for embracing the imperfections of hair, crafting soft and lived-in colours and shapes that redefine traditional standards. Making him a driving force behind the ethos of Hugo Barbers.

He's a sports enthusiast with a particular passion for rugby. Whilst also enjoying a refreshing swim. However, be forewarned – mention swimming, and Jed might just whip out a picture of himself in budgie smugglers! You would be better off talking about Harry Potter trivia!

His commitment to precision cutting, meticulous attention to detail, and an innate ability to craft the perfect beard trim have made him a standout professional in the field.
